The firm

Our history

RSC Advogados is the result of more than 15 years of criminal law committed to technique, without leaving aside the human character of the cases.

Criminal law has suffered a huge transformation in the last few years.

In a scenario in which large lawsuits take over the judicial role, the care and precision in carrying out the defense of the sponsored interests imposes a challenge: to understand the new directions of the criminal process, to outline the best strategies and to plead the most effective measures for the specific case, without losing one of the characteristics that have always guided classic criminal law, which is individualized work, implemented in a dedicated way to the client to offer the best legal service.

Since most of these cases involve economic criminal law, a change in attitude was imposed. The interaction between the firm and the company that stands as a reality, fact already common in other areas, which allows the understanding of corporate needs, without leaving aside the human figure behind them.

Despite this, it is emphasized that each case is extremely important, since it is certain that the care and diligence in conducting the defense of its sponsors are the same regardless of the complexity of the fact, because in the criminal area we work with a of the most important human rights: freedom.
